I am the Culinary Director here at Vintage Hills. I have been in the service industry for almost 25 years. I graduated from Des Moines Area Community College with a Degree in Restaurant Management, and a Culinary Arts Diploma. I have a 15 year old son and 5 cats, whom I enjoy being with outside of Vintage Hills. I love cooking good food, and I strive everyday to make the best possible meals for our residents.

Meet the Vintage Hills of Indianola Team
The executive team at Vintage Hills of Indianola is focused on the future. As health care evolves and the senior population grows, new ways of providing senior services—from housing to health care—challenge us to be creative and inventive.
Our record of innovation will serve us well as we continue to work to improve the health of the communities we serve through preventive health programs and use of new technologies. We will establish new and cost-effective care models that provide the right care at the right time, in the right place, from the right providers.

Tim Fuson
Maintenance Director
I like working at Vintage Hills as the Maintenance Director because it allows me to provide all our residents with a safe and comfortable atmosphere to live and enjoy their stay.

Amanda Peacock
Sales & Outreach Director
I transferred over to Outreach and Sales from the Life Enrichment department. With experience in social work and real estate sales, I am excited to combine my passions. Vintage Hills is a great community of residents, with whom I've enjoyed building relationships. I am honored for this opportunity to assist with the community's continual improvement and growth. Helping residents find their next forever home is a great privilege.

Angie Kownacki

I have over 36 years of accounting, IT, and office experience. My father is a resident here and I wouldn't want him to be anywhere else. Vintage Hills is a great place to work and I enjoy my job every day.
